Comic!

I’m excited to post the next page, so I worked on it a bit while I was doing this one. Are you ready for this?

So, this week has been a busy one. I’ve been working every day (makin’ that mo-nay). I managed to get some Fable in the other day. I’m taking my time on the play-through, but I’ve already got 25/30 Silver Keys, max Skill, some maxed out spells (mainly Slow Time and Physical Shield), and 31 achievements—And I’m only at the quest where you go to prison! So, this is definitely a productive play-through.

In other news, I finally got around to watching Attack on Titan. My friends had been raving about it a while back, and the anime re-sparked my brother’s interest in anime in general, so I gave it a shot. In 2 days, I finished all 25 episodes, and I’m considering starting the manga. It is fantastic. I really don’t want to ruin anything for you, but it’s worth watching, even if you’re not big into anime. (Also the link above is somewhere you can watch it all for free. It’s also on Netflix, albeit some of the translation is different, as it’s not dubbed yet.) All I’m going to say is that I consider it the “Game Of Thrones” of anime, as almost no character is safe from sudden, horrifying death.

I also found an awesome 2d6 table-top game system (D&D style game) built for the Attack on Titan world. It looks great. The testament to that is that you aren’t (by the rules) allowed to give your character a surname until after your first mission (or if you die), so you don’t get too attached. There is no HP system—if you get grabbed, and don’t get rescued, you are flat-out dead. I’d love to run this with friends sometime.

I recently subscribed to a service called Naturebox, advertised on Rooster Teeth’s podcasts. I’ve been thinking I want to hoard my own snacks, and got a good discount on my first month with the service. I ordered it about a week ago, and I still haven’t received any information about the shipping info. I really hope it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address, or that lost in transit. I checked the package tracker, but it hasn’t updated in days, says it is completed, and was last updated as being in Modesto, CA, which is WAY far from me, with an estimated arrival as last Monday…

Besides all of that, I don’t think anything else worth noting happened recently. I’ll see you all on Tuesday for an epic page. See you then!
